Hello all:

In the next few months I intend on developing and then posting information that runs the gamut from respect for oneself and others, to leadership, and resume building. This information is primarily directed at our young people and by that I mean the 16 to 21 year old age range.

I know there will be those that will question my motivation and or qualifications for doing this.  My answer to that is 26-years of military service successfully leading, mentoring, supervising, and managing people, resources, and equipment.

I also know there are those that will say that the life experience I mentioned will not, and does not, translate to everyday ‘civilian’ society and thereby give me the ability to teach anything of relevance to our young people.  To that I say, wait for the product and then judge for yourself.

What you won’t see in my articles and postings is any type of indoctrination or theories of motivation that default to the defamatory nonsense espoused by any type of reactionary, militant, liberal, or conservative agendas.  What you will see is a genuine attempt to provide a level of service, common sense, and yes logic, to our young people (of any race, color, or creed) that may need it.

I will also solicit the help of some of our readers and visitors to this site as guest authors and writers based on their level of knowledge, life experience, and desire to challenge our youth and expose them to leadership ideals that they may not be getting at home, in the church, or from their peers.  The challenge then will be to get them here and or spread the word of what we’re trying to do.

Well for now, my first priority is to get the products produced and posted.  I’ll attack the media aspect of advertisement and wide spread dissemination when and if that actually becomes an issue.  So what is this really all about?  It’s about developing a very basic and low-level on-line youth mentorship or professional development seminar for the young people we expect to one day become leaders in our community.
